Core Home Care

The Core HomeCare™ Plan delivers essential year round protection, including two seasonal inspections of your roof, gutters, foundation, HVAC, and plumbing. Members receive a 2 year extended warranty, a $900 construction credit after 12 months, 24–48 hour priority repair response, and same-day emergency service when needed. You’ll also get Ask-a-Pro text access and contractor pricing on finish materials like tile, flooring, and fixtures.

Smart Home Care

The Smart HomeCare™ Includes everything in the Core Plan, plus upgraded diagnostics and seasonal care.

You get a 3-year extended warranty, a $1,020 construction credit (after 12 months), and thermal imaging scans during both annual inspections to detect hidden leaks.

The plan also includes Preventative UltraCare: we install air filters, test smoke detectors, replace bulbs, and check your sump pump, roof drainage, and HVAC system to make sure everything is working properly.

You’ll also receive 10% off repairs for pre-existing damage, along with all Core Plan benefits including same day emergency response, Ask-a-Pro text access, and contractor pricing on finish materials.

Total Home Care

The Total HomeCare™ Plan includes everything in the Core & Smart plan plus a 5-year extended warranty, a $1,140 construction credit, and one HandyFix™ task per year — a light home fix like adjusting a door, swapping a fixture, or re-caulking. You also get same-day emergency response, ensuring fast action when it matters most. You’ll also receive 15% off repairs for pre-existing damage. 

From installing filters and testing smoke detectors to confirming every system is working, this plan delivers full-service protection and peace of mind.
